We may collect personal information from you in certain areas of our Web Site when you submit it to us in connection with one or more specific purposes, which are described below under "How Collected Information Is Used." When such information is gathered, we will collect the minimum amount necessary to facilitate transactions with you, to improve this Web Site and your customer experience and to make future visits to this Web Site easier and more personalized for you. The personal information we may collect includes but is not limited to your:

  • Name
  • Home address
  • Custom locations
  • Telephone numbers
  • E-mail address
  • Driver's license
  • Date of birth
  • Credit card details
  • password
  • Emergency Contact
  • Email Preferences

We may combine the information that you submit to us with information related to your transactions with us, such as rental location and vehicle type, as well as with information we receive about you from credit reporting agencies and other third parties.

As part of the standard operation of our Web Site, certain information (some of which will be personal information) may be automatically provided to our Web servers by your computer. When you visit our Web Site, our Web server automatically recognizes your domain name or IP address (where possible), your browser type and your operating system, but not your e-mail address. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer (by your Internet service provider) when you connect to the Internet. Generally, an IP address will change every time your computer connects to the Internet. However, if you have a broadband connection, it is possible that the IP address that we collect may contain information that may be deemed identifiable. This could occur due to the fact that by using certain broadband connections, your IP address would not change and could be associated with your personal computer. In addition, we may collect your browser type and operating system. We may combine the information we collect from you (as described above and as described below, under "Cookies") with other information about you.
