All rentals will include physical damage protection with a $5000.00 deductable and Liability Protection equal to the MFR of the state of operation in accordance with the aforementioned contract. These rates will apply to all active WeCar vehicles in fleet deemed available to this authorized user group. Car Sharing programs include application and membership fees, and may include up front technology or program fees, based on the size of the program, anticipated and, or, realized demand for the program these fees may be reduced and, or, waived completely at WeCar's discretion upon written agreement of terms.
